0000091: Same issue reported in: 0000087: can't remove without crashing ical

Description

I'm having the same issue reported in bug "0000087: can't remove without crashing ical". When I remove the application I crash ical every time I try to send an invite or reply to an invite.

I looked inside /Applications/iCal.app/Contents/Resources/Scripts after removing and the only thing there is a mail.scpt file that appears to be blank.

Using current version 1.3.1

(0000290) John Maisey (administrator) 2009-10-29 19:57	Hi Fergus, Thanks for letting me know. I have attached to the issue page a good version of the Snow Leopard Mail.scpt file. This is exactly the same as the Leopard one. Replace your Mail.scpt file with that one.

(0000564) John Maisey (administrator) 2011-08-26 11:53	To replace the Mail.scpt file in iCal under OSX 10.7, 10.6, 10.5: Look inside iCal's application package (Control-Click the application and select 'Show package contents") Navigate to its Contents > Resources > Scripts folder. Replace the Mail.scpt file there. Re-start iCal.
